Installed Kanban in six plants in US and Mexico that resulted in inventory reduction, reduced lead time while sales grew from $25,000,000 to $50,000,000.

Installed Production Cells resulting in increased quality, increased productivity and reduced lead time and work in process inventory

Taught APICS Certification Review Courses both in house and as part of the APICS chapter activities
